The health and safety of our guests is one of our top priorities!

Registration at the reception is carried out one at a time, upon presentation of a passport.

Check-out time is until 11:00 local time.

Check-in time is from 15:00 local time.

If you want to extend your stay, you must contact the reception. To avoid queues at check-out, please arrange payment of your bills in advance.

After check-in, the apartments are not cleaned daily. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.  At the request of the guest, for an additional fee of 10 euros, cleaning and extraordinary change of towels and bed linen can be performed. If you need anything, ask at the front desk.

All apartmеnts are strictly non-smoking, penalty for smoking in the apartmеnt
- 100 euros, which will be spent on cleaning the apartmеnt and air from the smell of smoke.

The keys to the apartmеnt are handed over to the  apartmеnt administrator after the room has been checked by the maid.
